Cancellation Policy
I understand that circumstances are unavoidable and a cancellation may be necessary. If you find yourself unable to make your appointment, please cancel with at least 24 hours notice. All cancellations must be done through online booking system or text message. Clients who do not honor their appointments May be charged a cancellation fee as follows:
- 24 hours notice will not be charged
- Failure to Show: 30% fee charged for service
-Less than 24 hours notice May be charged 30% of their service depending on the circumstance
This courtesy enables the availability to schedule another client, in turn and maintains a higher availability of services for you as well as others.
